First off this week we have a new team member! We welcomed in Sian this week, she will be working in the warehouse so you might see her name on the packing slip in future.

You may have noticed that we have moved our delivery company from DPD to Parcelforce. This is due to teething problems with the DPD collection depot changing from Southampton to Bournemouth, causing our parcels not to be collected! We are pleasantly surprised with Parcelforce so far but we would like your feedback. Let us now the good and the bad with the new service. If you are a die-hard DPD fan, then add the comment “please send by DPD” when you go through checkout and we’ll put that on the DPD service.

Now onto a very exciting new product. Vinyl! Yes, we are now stocking various colours of the Vinyl to be used in Vinyl cutting machines likes the Silhouette Cameo. You can really add an extra bit of personalisation and value to you balloon designs using these, something that the big retail chains won’t bother with! A great way to set yourself apart. Long term viewers of BMTV will remember Sue Bowler has come in for a few shows with us in the past and we are excited to say she is coming in very soon to film some more shows. We can say that she will be doing a Valentine’s design episode so keep an eye out for this around late January.
