Put Things Inside Orbz Balloons – BMTV 172

ENTER TEXT HERE

Chris Horne joins us this time on BMTV to show how to put things inside Orbz balloons. Now if you are familiar with Orbz balloons you’ll know that they have a valve, so you can’t actually get anything in the neck. So how do you put things inside Orbz balloons? Well you take the valve out of course!

Chris shows us that you need to cut the neck off, just underneath the sealed part of the neck, where you can see a white rectangle. This is where the valve is heat-sealed into the balloon. After cutting this off, you can sometimes just pull the rest of the valve out of the neck. Other times the rest of the valve may be attached into the neck and you will have to pull it out and cut it off. Once this is done you will have a nice wide neck in which to insert you items into the balloon!

Chris recommends you inflate the Orbz balloon slightly with air, just to give you a bit of space to insert your items. He uses a trigger outlet to inflate 5 inch latex balloons inside the Orbz. He inflates around 8 balloons and then squeezes all the remaining air out of the Orbz. When stuffing a balloons, you should always inflate the outer balloon with the same gas that you have used for the inner balloons. If you don’t the different gases will cause the inner balloons to burst. Chris then inflates the outer Orbz balloon with helium and squeezes the neck tightly. He twists the neck tightly and wraps a piece of ribbon around the neck to secure it in place.

And that is pretty much it! You can put feathers, Tulle or even a foil balloon inside the Orbz to add that extra dimension to your design!
