Valentine’s Day & Chrome Balloons – BMTV 155

We have some exciting news this week as Qualatex have launched a new type of latex balloon. They are calling these Chrome balloons! What are Qualatex Chrome balloons? They are latex balloons that are made with a completely new type of technology to give them a vibrant and solid metallic feel. We think these balloons are great and are going to change the way people see balloons in the future. They really are a striking finish of latex balloon that looks great up close in person. These would be great in organic decorations and anything where you want to create a metallic finish with your latex balloons. These balloons are not available to purchase just yet and are going to be launched at the Spring Fair in February 2018. We have loads of the Chrome balloons on order from Qualatex so if you would like to be notified the moment when they go live on our website then you can head over to the chrome section and click on notify me when back in stock!

Now, what is the most popular event for balloons? It is of course Valentine’s Day and it is fast approaching! Some great new balloons this year are the Pugs and Kisses balloon and this rose gold Happy Valentine’s Day Balloon, both from Amscan. We of course have our usual massive range of balloons and partyware so head over to our Valentine’s section to take a look at what we stock!

Something that is becoming ever more popular for Valentine’s Day is Vinyl personalisation on balloons. What a great upsell that you can provide your customers that the big retail chains won’t ever bother with. We sell the Vinyl and recently have started stocking the Silhouette Cameo machines but you’ll need to know how to operate the software and machine. You need a beginners guide to Cameo! Well funnily enough, on the 30th of January 2018, Paula from Pink Tree Parties is running just that! It’s in the north of England and covers everything from setting up the machine to printing vinyl and applying it to your balloons. Click here for more info, or contact Paula by email at or by phone at 07948 826095.
