They may not float like their helium counterparts but their appeal and added value will be just as high for customers!

To heat-seal or not to heat-seal?

One thing you may find confusing about these bitty balloons is whether they are self-sealing or not, as some are and some aren’t. Now here’s the trick to quickly finding out which ones are which. All Qualatex micro-foil air-fill balloons will need to be heat-sealed after inflation. Northstar balloons on the other hand are self-sealing just like bigger foil balloons.

When searching the website for mini foil balloons, you can refine by choosing a brand. Select Northstar from the drop-down and you’ll find all the self-sealing mini foil balloons together and select Qualatex from the drop-down and the search will return Microfoil balloon which needs heat-sealing.

Whilst self-sealing balloons are very easy to use, if you have a heat-sealer, your selection of balloons will increase greatly.
