Balloon Basics 07 – How to Inflate and Tie a 3ft Balloon

Mark Drury is back once again to so us a few Balloon Basic tips, this week he is showing us how to tie a 3ft balloon. If you have watched our other Balloon Basics videos then you will be familiar with the Qualatex tying method for latex balloons but what do you do with a larger balloon?
Well let’s find out.

So inflate the balloon like normal, then place an uninflated 260Q over the neck. Scissor the neck with your first two fingers and secure with your thumb. Stretch the neck out like we have done before but now you can’t pass the balloon through your arms, so pass the neck to your little finger. Grab it from the other side and pull the bead into your thumb and forefinger. If you are struggling to pull the neck through then you can use the 260Q to lift the neck and pull it over your finger.
