As you will hopefully have experienced, we lovingly pick our products and pack them with pride. You may also have noticed that one of the signatures at the bottom of your packing slip may be Louanne’s. 2 years ago today, Louanne joined the warehouse team (how time flies!). To mark the occasion, we thought it would be a good to learn a little more about her in another of our ‘Meet the Team’ series.

Most embarrassing moment?

Not long after joining, I happened to be in Totton on a Saturday. I drove down the road I usually drive to work and was quite a long way along when I realised the road was actually closed and the Totton carnival parade was advancing towards me! It was too late to do anything more than just pull into a side road, put my head down until it had passed! It’s a moment that still makes me cringe thinking about it!

What makes you angry?

Being told I can’t or shouldn’t do something because I’m a girl.

What 3 non-essential items would you take on a desert island?

I’d make the most of it and take:

1. Sun lounger
2. Sunglasses
3. A good book

If you could witness an historical event, what would you see?

The Berlin wall being taken down
